i don't think the potus has access to that sort of information though, as he's only there for 4-8 years and then a new one comes along. my take on this subject is that access to it is compartmentalized to allow only deep state agents, aka career bureaucrats in high ranking positions within the intelligence community, and even then only a very select handful of them on a need-to-know basis. trump most likely got briefed on a few classified ufo reports by military personnel like the nimitz incident, he probably met with some high ranking officials who summarized the incidents to him, what was known thus far and its potential threat to national security. not everything has to be known by the president. the same way as the senators in the intelligence committee did, nothing compromising beyond that. full disclosure will never happen as it's a national security liability and beyond the potus constitutional powers to do so. it would be like disclosing usa military sensitive information that could threaten national security. that's the whole point of being classified.
