What we need is somebody who at first glance seems like the most virtuous sort of person, but if you know anything about history you'll know they hated blacks with a passion more intense than Ben Garrison. Let them stumble into the trap.
Nancy Green would be a good one, she was legitimately a successful (By the standards of her time, of course) ex-slave woman who became "Aunt Jemima" and made the brand really work. If they don't look into it too deeply, they'll shoot themselves in the foot when the "Aunt Jemima is racist because they were using some guy in blackface and drag before Green took over and her narrative role was still as a slave" crowd catches up.
