I can't remember who to attribute the quote to, but some prominent communist claimed that all you needed to subvert an entire country is something like 10% of the population supporting communism. Speak for yourself. However these are easily fixed problems. You can take someone with zero firearms experience and turn them into a competent shooter in a matter of weeks. Basic level of fitness can be achieved in a similar time. That being said fighting and shooting are two very different things. You should become familiar with some form of small unit tactics.
