The reason the items are listed so high is because wayfair are jews and charge vendors an arm and a leg to get their items listed on Wayfair. Wayfair does not sell these items, they're a host for vendors, similar to amazon.
When the vendor runs out of inventory, rather than delist it and get charged again to relist it, they mark up the price to astronomical levels so nobody buys it, but they don't have to pay to relist it.

Law enforcement isn't complacent. Certainly corrupt elements within it are, but the arrests and prosecutions make is clear that either a significant contingent within LE is serious about the issue. Were this not the case there would be no point in pursuing these things because authorities would simply create a new cover story, and what has probably happened with the Clintons, Obama, etc. would be happening unimpeded up and down the food chain. We would also see far more abductions as the police you probably want to defund would of course get in on the action.
