What does Zig Forums feel about wrongful conviction claims? What about organizations such as, the Innocence Project, which is run by defense lawyers and responsible for much of the data on wrongful convictions-- which includes results that they pad, such as cases where a criminal was in fact guilty? And what of the media involvement in knowingly pushing myths in such cases, such as the George Stinney case? How do you feel about the notion that most of the cases you see in the media about wrongful convictions involved actual guilty people, who were be paraded around as heroes?

He cut a girl at school with a knife in a prior incident. He knew where the murder weapon was that killed the two girls. Reddit just see's a black kid getting the death penalty and assumes innocence and racism.

Another example would the Central Park Five, who the media is very sure is innocent, because Donald Trump says they're guilty.

A convicted rapist who was freed by the Innocence Project after they cried in the press about how the prosecution was unable to locate the DNA of their client on the clothing of his victim. They even got the state to give him money for his supposed wrongful conviction, only for him to go off and rape another woman.

ive been wrong fully convicted of a crime. lost my wallet at the gas station, someone found it, found someone who kind of looked like me, and used it to cash stolen checks. I was on parole at the time so the investigation stopped at me. I figured, "hey, I didn't write the check so my defense should be easy." nope. asked for a hand writing analysis but the checks were written in cursive, I hadnt written in cursive sense grade school, so I had to stop here and there to remember how the letters where shaped. of course the court appointed expert, who had the look on his face like I was guilty and just wasting his time, said I was disguising my hand writing. I was 18 and scared of going back to prison, so I took a plea bargain.

Simple they just failed to find his DNA. It didn't mean he didn't do it. They just failed to find it. They don't find DNA in most murder cases either, which the Innocence Project even states on their website. Most convictions are made based on statements and alibis or lack of one. In that case, the victim identified him.

Family members of Ronning also testified that Ronning was fed information on the murders by his lawyer because he wanted to be transferred to a non-death penalty state. A forensic examination of his confessions coupled with Ronning doing a crime scene walk-through video also indicated he was lying, as he was wrong about what kind of object was used to murder Patricia Rosansky, how many times she was struck, as well as her state of undress, and even where her body was dumped. He was proven to be A LIAR. The only reason Ronning's confessions had gained any traction was because two detectives working the cold case murders of Kerry Evans and Maggie Hume had gotten Ronning to confess to their murders and wanted him to be the culprit in their cases that they were trying to crack which were unrelated.

this. did 3,5 years in the California youth authority in Preston were "M" number where housed.
