Buy body armor

Criminals have guns. Corrupt governments have guns. Foreign armies have guns. None of them have your best interests in mind, and the world is getting worse. Even euro countries with strict gun laws often have lax armor laws. There is nothing wrong with owning body armor, just in case the situation requires it.

Americans should buy Hescos. For leafs, S&J has 1500$ level IV plate sets on sale for 500$. Even if that is an "artificial" sale, 500 loonies for a set of multicurve lvl IV ceramics is unquestionably a good offer.

I bought my set just before the election.
I may not be smart, (I bought cheaper AR500), but I could clearly see the future.
Ceramics coming soon.

In some states it is actually illegal to buy and own body armor if you are a felon.
I really don't get the rationale behind it. I'm sure some dumbass republican voted for it though.

way ahead of you buddy

Get that trauma kit also in case

Tourniquet is always good to have, either for you or someone else.

Been thinking about gun ownership. What's the best kind of gun to own in urban centres in Canada?

make sure you get lvl 4 ceramic, steel is bullshit and a meme

Get a PAL before every semi auto is banned. SKS is the most common gun in Canada by a mile and will outlast you with basic and infrequent maintenance. Surplus ammo is cheap and soft point ammo is perfect for deer.

>Urban city
get a M2 Browning

A soft pistol vest is useful.

Your cheap commercial plates are pointless and people that buy them are larpers. First of all hard armor is only useful for attacking, which also requires night vision as well, second of all the only armors that will protect your entire upper body and neck cost over 200,000 dollars for a set and are fitted. Anything you can afford would weigh 80 pounds. The night vision is another 100,000 for a modern attacker configuration.

Selling military grade armor to civilians was banned here (don't think there was an actual democratic vote on it, just bureaucrats pulling red tape and making so).
Good thing we can still buy crossfit training gear.

Level IV disintegrates incredibly fast. Better to get level 3+. You're guaranteed that outside of a long action rifle, you'll be fine. Besides most popular long action rifles will tear through level 4 nowadays.

Thank you anons

Uuuh. I always wanted one of those.
As a collectors item for historical reasons of course.

The Dems introduced a new bill to make having body armor in the USA..a FELONY

>$100,000
>for nightvision
wut. You can buy military grade nightvision for around $10,000 in a fantastic set of nods. GTFO.
>$200,000
>fitted armor
again, WUT. Where did you get this info from? Mothers Against Drunk Driving?

R u telling me army pays $200k for some nog or spic to get suited up to go defend greater Israel?

No, typical ameritard. Up here nightvision is expensive though. Gen 1 will run you a couple hundred, Gen2 couple thousand, gen 3 $12,000+. Down in the states you can get gen4 nightvision sets for less than $10,000 which are military grade.

it's possible to get PVS7 down here for under 2k I think

Leaf here.

Yeah but the mandatory firearms classes are all closed in most of canada right now, and some people take up to 2 and a half years just to get their fucking pal. Usually a lot faster but the wait times can be fucking insane.

Currently waiting for classes to open up but zero word so far when they can.

Personal body armor is illegal for citizens of Canada. NO FORM of self defence is allowed, but if you’re a cop you can buy as much as you want.

>AR500
enjoy the spall.
sell them and get ceramic

Ceramic is basically single use though, so it's a trade off.

Anti-spall is pretty fucking good, and when you have it in a plate carrier its acceptable.

I have Caliber Amor panels.

whats cheapest but still good set? how much will it cost me?

get a type 81 and x95 quickly, those are based semi auto firearms that were miraculously excluded from the ban list

Ya, and wait times for any restricted transfers are now at 10-week+ waits when they used to be a 20 minute wait in January.

Soon enough, we'll see people selling restricted and just saying fuck it because they need the money now. I'm holding out and waiting for that, because I want a ruger mark 5 and don't want to wait 10 weeks with $600 in limbo.

my id is "Oow4" lmao

>yes, my mall ninja roleplaying gear will surely stop my society from collapsing!

>Personal body armor is illegal for citizens of Canada
Wrong.
>NO FORM of self defence is allowed
Even if this was true, and it isn't, self defense is a natural inalienable right.

>Initial Canadian X95 will be made in Israel.
>Barrels stamped made in Israel (body will have IWIUS markings)

Oy vey
