Maintaining a rotten economic system has nothing to do with nationalism, which is an affirmation of the Fatherland.I can love Germany and hate capitalism. Not only can I, I must. Only the annihilation of a system of exploitation carries with it the core of the rebirth of our people.

Thank you user

I don’t fear death. I try to live a virtuous life and thus hopefully I’ll be expected into heaven. However if heaven isn’t real and the atheists are right. I’ll be dead and I won’t know anything about it. I’ll most likely to be very old and frail I’ll have got everything I want out of life at that point and I won’t be able to do the things I love anymore so there’s be little point in living anyway. Life would be meaningless if everyone lived for ever in perfect health. Just make the most of it because you’ll be 80 and old before you know it.

A tale of two authors, Tolstoy and Chekhov.

Tolstoy was haunted by the emptiness of death when he saw his brother die when they were kids. He would panic when people mentioned death. They learned not to talk about it.

Chekhov on the other hand had been a doctor and seen death as well, and he himself was dying of consumption.

Tolstoy went and saw Chekhov on his sick bed, when the latter was so sick he was coughing up blood into a large beer glass. Tolstoy was stunned when Chekhov just kept talking about life as usual. He wanted to ask Chekhov about death, but as he coughed he got annoyed and perplexed by Tolstoy's obsession. Tolstoy left in a desperate, panicky state.

Of the two, Checkov had no real apparent fear of death, he observed religion out of habit but appeared to be agnostic. Tolstoy dealt with his fear of death by focusing on religion.

Tolstoy had 10 days to live when he left his home to go to a monastery to die. He couldn't stop moving and his fear appears to have stayed with him. He died excommunicated and according to orthodoxy denied heaven. But the people buried him religiously despite the Tsar.

Chekhov went to a German hotel and when he got worse, he called for a doctor and said he was dying. The doctor did his best to calm him and left him alone. Chekhov ordered champagne, drank a glass and died.

Point is we all die eventually. There's no right way to do it. All the atheists are calming themselves just as much with their unproven self assurance of nothingness. But They will fade into the abyss without even a comforting lie.

There's only one death though. Don't keep dying every day by your apprehension. Hope that helps.

There's nothing wrong with being an accident. In fact it's preferable.

There are much worse things than eternal oblivion after death, user. I would argue that that is one of the best possible outcomes we can hope for.

Not afraid of death, afraid of dying with nothing accomplished and leaving nothing behind

Yeah it helped thanks user

the pills are always available for you to choose from. The real strength comes in swallowing them all and not overdosing.
but to answer your white pill. God exists, so do we as well. The purpose of your existence is to recycle life of yourself until your soul/spirit is ready to ascend to the next level of existence without having a need to come back and wash yourself on this planet.
If you want a white pill for right now in your current existence is this:
No matter what evil exists, no matter how much chaos is propagated, no matter who is around you, you can choose to live believing the strength of God and protecting yourself by using common sense. Evil will fall and they have been falling. But there is still a last grasp on their hold that will continue until 2073. Remember that your job is to also put strength in others as well. Jesus says that those with ears need to listen and not just hear. Those with eyes need to see and not just look. You are asking questions and that is also something that is needed of you as well.

for some reason i'm convinced that reincarnation exists
it's not coping either, it uroborus just seems like a natural concept

Yeah I'm afraid, but I can't stop it. It's both sad and good.

I feel panic that one day I won't be able to think, feel or sense anything. Everything will be like before I was born. But I also feel happy that it doesen't matter if you're Jeff Bezos or a loser browsing Zig Forums on a Saturday night, you will still die. Everyone will be equal.

That’s a good way to look at it

something cannot come from nothing

Thanks for the advice user

When you are in such a mood as this is when you mustn't come to anybody but God for "mentoring".
You are in a spiritually vulnerable position, and through this men will lead you astray.

I don’t worry about death because either it will be heaven or nothing. And if it’s nothing I won’t know. Just spend your time on earth making it better and work for something greater than yourself

Not really. I’m afraid of being murdered though, like most people. Just be the best you that you can be. You exist for that purpose. Nobody can tell you how to be the best you.

When you are asking for advice, be sure to be of pure heart, mind, and body. Ask advice in good faith. Think about the advice In good faith. Act on the advice in good faith.

the only thing to fear about death is leaving nothing behind and no one to remember you

>prefers oblivion to any after life myth

Point is the abyss doesn't care in what way you choose to face it, or how nobly or honestly.

Is there oblivion after death? Maybe. But if that's true then there is no preference, and your avowed preference is delusional in the absence of any real choice.

That puts you firmly in the purview of religion.

Everything around us a perfect cradle for life happened by accident? Are you fucking dumb.

And don't worry, dying is something we all have to do. When it comes for you, look at it this way, it's a new experience.

Personally all I ask God is when I die I wanna be lucid so I know I'm dying.

Would you say you believe in God ? Or in the middle

I'll level with you. Life makes more sense to me with a God in it. I read the Bible (habit) and I find proverbs, Ecclesiastes, Job and the New Testament to have good Life wisdom.

But all the urogenital fascination (circumcision) makes me cringe. I don't buy all the floods or that balaam's donkey spoke to him, Jonah, etc.

So yes God but not literal bible God.

How do you feel about Paul's response to circumcision after the ascension of Jesus Christ?

When? In acts he tells Timothy to do it. In Galatians he says it's not necessary.

It's the constant references that make me cringe. In keeping with Christ I would think that foreskin has nothing to do with holiness.

Op your fear is correct, those that die really do cease to exist there is no afterlife.
However, 2000 years ago a man named Jesus was born, he was the son of God. God, who always existed, begat Jesus, Jesus did not always exist. First there was the Father, God, then came his son.

Jesus lived a perfect life, and died on the cross as a substitute for you and all the bad deeds you have committed in your life, these bad deeds are called sins, and the wages of sin is to suffer and eventually die. We are all sinners and will all eventually suffer and then die.

3 days Later after being totally dead (he ceased to exist and was in a lifeless corpse) God raised him back to life and Jesus ascended into heaven.

Thanks to this he defeated death and sin once and for all for everyone. Since he was sinless he could die in your place.

Thanks to this, everyone will one day attain immortality and enter into the Kingdom of God, hell exists but it is not forever. In the end Jesus saves all.

OP user don't read all those weird links just get a KJV bible and pray.

Nuff said.

Dead people are really Dead OP
Ecclesiastes 9:4-10 ESV
4 But he who is joined with all the living has hope, for a living dog is better than a dead lion.
5 For the living know that they will die, but THE DEAD KNOW NOTHING, and they have NO MORE REWARD, for the memory of them is forgotten.
6 Their LOVE and their HATE and their ENVY have already PERISHED, and forever they have no more share in all that is done under the sun.
7 Go, eat your bread with joy, and drink your wine with a merry heart, for God has already approved what you do.
8 Let your garments be always white. Let not oil be lacking on your head.
9 Enjoy life with the wife whom you love, all the days of your vain life that he has given you under the sun, because that is your portion in life and in your toil at which you toil under the sun.
10 Whatever your hand finds to do, do it with your might, for there is NO WORK OR THOUGHT OR WISDOM IN Sheol, to which you are going.

Lets see, dead people KNOW NOTHING, dead people have NO REWARD(ergo no heaven and no hell), dead people have no WORK so they do nothing, they have no KNOWLEDGE, so they know nothing, they CAN NOT THINK, and they have NO WISDOM whatsoever

There is no afterlife, apart from resurrection you are DEAD, death is the OPPOSITE of life,
The doctrine of an afterlife is a doctrine of demons. Its purpose is to get you to deny the gospel, you cant believe Jesus died for your sins if you dont believe that death exists or that Jesus can die!

Jesus died to save us from death. Jesus saves everyone from death in the end. Believers are saved earlier

Listen, if it turns out there is no god, that means there was never any god to begin with. So the only thing that has really changed, is your awareness.

Life after death is just like life before birth.

Mate you got a KJV with you? Search these scriptures with your KJV and you can prove to yourself that hell is not forever, using the KJV.

¨ Jonah was in the fish forever [olam]. But only until he left three days later (Jon. 1:17; 2:6).

¨ Sodom’s fiery judgment is eternal [olam]. But only until God returns them to their former state (Ez. 16:53-55; Ju. 7).

¨ A Moabite is forbidden to enter the Lord’s congregation forever [olam]. But only until the 10th generation. (De. 23:3).

¨ Hills are everlasting [olam]. But only until made low and the earth is burned up (Ge. 49:26; De. 33:15; Is. 40:4; 2Pe. 3:10).

¨ Mountains are everlasting [olam]. But only until they are scattered (Hab. 3:6).

¨ A slave serves his master forever [olam]. But only until death ends his servitude (Ex. 21:6).

¨ The Mosaic covenant is everlasting [olam]. But only until it vanishes away (Le. 24:8; He. 8:7-13).

¨ The Aaronic priesthood is everlasting [olam]. But only until the likeness of Melchizedek arises (Ex. 40:15; Nu. 25:13; He. 7:14-22).

¨ These “stones” are to be a memorial forever [olam]. Where are they now (Jos. 4:7)?

¨ The leprosy of Naaman shall cling forever [olam]. But only until his death, of course (2K. 5:27).

¨ God dwells in Solomon’s temple forever [olam]. But only until it is destroyed (2Ch. 7:16; 1K 8:13; 9:3).

¨ Animal sacrifices were to be offered forever [olam]. But only until ended by the work of Christ (2Ch. 2:4; He. 7:11-10:18).

¨ Circumcision was an everlasting [olam] covenant. But only until the new covenant (Ge. 17:9-13; 1Co. 7:19; Ga. 5:6).

¨ Israel’s judgment lasts forever [olam]. But only until the Spirit is poured out and God restores it (Is. 32:13-15).

¨ I will make you an eternal [olam] excellence. But only until many generations (Is. 60:15).

As we can see, olam does not mean “eternal” though it can last a very long time.

Attached: snoflake.jpg (768x480, 67.61K)

Even passages that do not use the word olam, but signify unchanging, are not so when God is involved. Nothing can deter Him from achieving His purposes. For example:

¨ Israel’s affliction is incurable. But only until the Lord restores health and heals her wounds (Jer. 30:12, 17).

¨ Samaria’s wounds are incurable. But only until the Lord brings them back and restores them (Mic. 1:9; Ez. 16:53).

¨ Egypt and Elam will rise no more. But only until the Lord brings back their captives (Jer. 25:27; 49:39; Ez. 29:14).

¨ Moab is destroyed. But only until the Lord brings back the captives of Moab (Jer. 48:4, 42, 47).

Attached: 1594332640893.jpg (600x600, 205.83K)

Consider the N. T. use of aion. They use the adjetive form of this word to say hell is forever. Does “eternity” make any sense in the following passages? To make my point unmistakable, I have translated the Greek word aion with the English word “eternity.”

¨ What will be the sign…of the end of the eternity (Mt. 24:3)?

¨ I am with you…to the end of the eternity (Mt. 28:20).

¨ The sons of this eternity are more shrewd (Lu. 16:8).

¨ The sons of this eternity marry (Lu. 20:34).

¨ Worthy to attain that eternity (Lu. 20:35).

¨ Since the eternity began (Jn. 9:32; Ac. 3:21).

¨ Conformed to this eternity (Ro. 12:2).

¨ Mystery kept secret since the eternity began but now made manifest (Ro. 16:25-26).

¨ Where is the disputer of this eternity (1Co. 1:20)?

¨ Wisdom of this eternity, nor of the rulers of this eternity…ordained before the eternities…which none of the rulers of this eternity… (1Co. 2:6-8)

¨ Wise in this eternity (1Co. 3:18).

¨ Upon whom the ends of the eternities have come.
(1Co. 10:11)

¨ God of this eternity has blinded (2Co. 4:4).

¨ Deliver us from this present evil eternity (Ga. 1:4).

¨ Not only in this eternity but also in that which is to come (Ep. 1:21).

¨ Walked according to the eternity of this world (Ep. 2:2).

¨ In the eternities to come (Ep. 2:7).

¨ From the beginnings of the eternities (Ep. 3:9).

¨ Hidden from eternities…but now…revealed (Col. 1:26).

¨ Loved this present eternity (2Ti. 4:10).

¨ Receive him for eternity (Ph.1:15). Does this mean forever or only until Onesimus dies?

¨ Powers of the eternity to come (He. 6:5).

¨ At the end of the eternities (He. 9:26).

¨ We understand the eternities have been prepared by a saying of God (He. 11:3).

No. This universe is a simulation. Look up the Delayed Choice Quantum Eraser experiment - this reality does not exist until it is observed by conscious entities.

>afraid of death
I'm not afraid of death I'm afriad of how my death will be, I want to go out with a bang and I want my death to have some purpose

I really care about how the ones I leave behind though

How can we say…

¨ “Before eternity” or “eternity began”? Eternity has no beginning (Jn. 9:32; Ac. 3:21; 1Co. 2:7; Ep. 3:9).

¨ “Present eternity,” “eternity to come,” and “end of eternity?” Eternity transcends time. Only God is eternal (Mt. 24:3; 28:20; 1Co. 10:11; 2Ti. 4:10; He. 6:5; 9:26).

¨ “This eternity,” “that eternity,” or “eternities”? There is only one eternity (Lu. 16:8; 20:34-35; Ro. 12:2; 1Co. 1:20; 2:6-8; 3:18; 10:11; 2Co. 4:4; Ga. 1:4; Ep. 1:21; 2:2, 7; 3:9; Col. 1:26; 2Ti. 4:10; He. 11:3).

¨ “Eternal secret” if the secret is revealed? (Ro. 16:25-26; Col. 1:26). It is no longer a “secret” at that point.

¨ Onesimus will be Philemon’s slave for eternity? Is he still his slave (Phil. 1:15)?

Scores of passages demonstrate that aion is of limited duration. In his book God’s Methods with Man, G. Campbell Morgan (scholar, associate of D.L. Moody, and a highly respected expositor of Scripture), said:

Let me say to Bible students that we must be very careful how we use the word “eternity.” We have fallen into great error in our constant use of that word. There is no word in the whole Book of God corresponding with our “eternal,” which, as commonly used among us, means absolutely without end. The strongest Scripture word used with reference to the existence of God, is—“unto the ages of the ages,” which does not literally mean eternally.3
