(3) China is experiencing a 1-in-100-years wet-season. (4) China *may* have seeded their clouds to increase rainfall because of the drought they were experiencing and was predicted to be worse. (5) TGD isn't anchored to the bedrock, and up to 17% of it isn't even atop bedrock. (6) The rains have flooded Wuhan already, and the rain-season *just* started. (7) It appears that the CCP does not trust the dam at full capacity; and there are some indications of damage.
