it's an issue of statistics. On the surface use of force based on race should have blacks and whites be around the same, maybe a bit more for blacks. but then if you adjust for population since blacks are only 15 or so % of the general pop. you'll see more blacks are represented in the use of force stats. that where most people stop and say blue man bad, etc. etc. but if you further adjust for crimes commited by race you'll see that actually police are less likely to use force agianst blacks than whites. probably because of the dog and pony show that comes with some nigglet getting shot.
