Judge Barbara Peebles: the only one of the 59 nonpartisan state judges on this year's ballot rated as not meeting the overall judicial performance standards. In 2013 she went to China for 10 days and let her cases be ran by the clerks (no shit) the Missouri Supreme Court suspended her without pay for six months.
The Judge signed the search warrant to seize their guns, the DA pushed for it as she said she would be trying to bring charges agaisnt them.
To anyone saying that they did anything wrong... The area they live on is private property, even the street is a private street, it's gated. You're allowed in Missouri to pull out your guns and point them at people when you're on your private property. Also they have a good case to be afraid for their lives. This is absolutely absurd. If it was a normal residential street where the rioters were just on a public sidewalk, okay then maybe it would make sense. But the rioters deliberately went through a gated neighborhood that said no trespassing. They were clearly on private property. You should be legally allowed to brandish on your own property.
