Start at highest temp possible (depending on the vaporizer) and work down from there. You won’t get huge clouds but you will actually taste and smell the tobacco that you won’t get with a regular pipe. Also, no tongue bite and no teeth or tongue staining.

Clean up is a breeze. No ashes. Just empty the chamber. Other than that you can clean the screen and mouthpiece with alcohol.
