In my opinion, it shouldn't, because criminals can get or manufacture guns easily. An example thereof would be the brazilian cartels that are fairly well renowned for their zip guns.
Also, I am discontent with my country's gun laws for the aforementioned reason and the fact that I should be able to use my 2nd Amendment rights to the fullest, but because of outdated legislation I can't. And also recreational nukes and McMachineguns would be fucking cash
Every citizen of any country should own a gun. If you can't afford it - your state should give it to you for free. Gun range traning should be mandatory for every citizen.

There's no good reason for gun control. Look at us, we have a licensing program and a gun registry and all it did was waste money. It didn't prevent mass shootings like the boomer pretending to be a cop or syrup snake from having guns. Now the governments banning nearly every centerfire semi-auto and we only have three cope guns to choose from.
