Inmates sue all the time in federal court claiming the conditions of their detention are unconstitutionally deficient. Sometimes they win. Sometimes they don't. Not my problem.

Prisons are vastly different than gulags. There is very little hope in a gulag; a prison has so many different elements that each one is its own environment. Within society, there are multiple power structures which come into play that specifically target White awareness by necessitating their systemic racial deconstruction.
