Nah, that would be Tanit, a fusion of a Berber goddess and Inanna/Ishtar which became popular with the old Carthagians. Moloch is just another name for B'aal Hammon. Celtic druids btw had absorbed some minor elements from the "chtonic" faith of the Neolithic farmers of Europe which had some similar rituals as the Mesopotamians (from which B'aal and Ishtar are derived) ... the overlap was small though and likely (as in Greek mythology with their handling of Minoan/Phoenician deities) seen as "dark lore" ... something you only fall back to in times of great peril and superstition.

Recessive trait (but likely older than Vikings, would rather say Celts), so depending on how many genes for darker hair (from other ancient peoples) you got in your local genepool the red hair might show or not.

If you observe the history of Eurasia however you will see how Indoeuropean steppe nomads shat their genes all over the continent (mostly by pillaging and raping), all the way from the Spanish coast to the Tarim Basin in contemporary Chyna.
