This happened to Kira — a 19-year-old transgender girl from Penza. Because of the comment "Vkontakte", she faced violence from the security forces and was included in the list of extremists.
It all started on June 1, when a criminal case was opened against Kira under part 2 of article 280 of the Criminal code in connection with a comment in a social network about the revolution and violence against government representatives.
Security forces conducted a search of Kira's apartment, seized two computers, a phone and SIM cards, and the girl was taken away for questioning. In The Department FSB obtained a confession from her. Literally. The girl was beaten with her head against the wall, insulted, called "gay" and threatened that "they will put her away completely". After these taunts, Kira was forced to record the testimony dictated to her on camera.
After the interrogation, the girl was at home for some time under her own recognizance. What is most terrible — it was put on the list of extremists and terrorists. Now Kira can't get a job and support herself during the pandemic, because her Bank accounts are blocked.
But it didn't end there. On August 5, Kira's Telegram channel reported that she was forcibly placed in a neuropsychiatric clinic. The medical Commission made the decision on the examination as part of the criminal investigation.
At the hospital, Kira was put in the men's Department, as the girl had not yet had time to change the gender marker in the documents. She was going to pass the Commission in September, after which she would get a certificate with F64. 0 and change the documents.
In the HDP, Kira was deprived of the opportunity to take the necessary hormonal medications. After two years of the course such a sudden termination of therapy can lead to terrible consequences: kidney failure and osteoporosis. But the clinic's doctors don't care, and they still refuse to allow her to take hormones. Kira also faced violence in the hospital: according to her, one of the paramedics molested her and touched her Breasts.
Now Kira is still in the dispensary. It is very difficult to contact her: they only give her a phone number three times a week. Kira's telegram blog is temporarily run by her mother. In recent messages, she thanks everyone for their support.
