Because some do escape. It's happened often enough that there is a precedent in the black community by word of mouth. Not to mention the fact these fuckers often already have felonies, or are on probation for misdemeanors that will turn into felonies/jail time if they appear back in court. I would likely run too if it meant a decade or two behind bars in a federal shithole. You add in low IQ with low life choices and shit is going down. One thing to note is that while the videos you see pop up online are indicative of blacks being more unruly and butthurt when facing confrontation with cops, most blacks do comply and abide the law/posture when dealing with cops. The ones you see on video are the brain dead.

They don't have the ability to plan for the future. Therefore they cannot envision a scenario where they sort out their troubles legally, or in court. They just see the cop as a threat (like a lion approaching them in Africa) and feel the need to kill or defeat that threat. That's why there always will be disproportionate cases of "police brutality" against niggers. That is at least until they evolve a little more in a few thousand years time anyway.
