It's not like there aren't historical precedents of right-wing pro-labor movements. I'm not trying to debate big picture about those, or the particulars of their ideologies. I'm just trying to figure out, in this modern context (idpol + managerial class, etc) as you say, the idpol fails to recruit white workers as it always has into "pro diversity". That stuff only works on the managerial class and above. For the last few years, the focus has been "online culture war" to "meme" white workers into consciousness, but even this was poisoned to a large extent by the managerial class. Even the alt-right wound up led by a lot of cultural liberals with managerial values, many of whom were anti-worker in many respects.
What worked, say, for the NSDAP to radicalize labor in the 20's and 1930's?
