The issue is that there is no debate to have here. To have a debate with you have to spend the next several hours educating you on basic biology, statistics, and evolution including how changes in DNA and RNA occur over time.
As far as the variance over different European neighbours the variance is within about 0.1-0.2 of a standard deviation. The t-score variance is basically non-existant.

The problem with the Wechsler's IQ test, while good at testing regardless of culture and education, and is a good relative predictor of IQ.
A key line from the abstract: "The IQs of urban children, regardless of birth weight, declined from age 6 years to age 11 years. The downward shift increased by 50% the proportion of urban children scoring 1 standard deviation below the standardized IQ mean of 100. A negligible change was observed in suburban children."
Using their 'tested IQ' at 5, and not follow up retesting at 12 shows an entirely different picture.

The different immigration system is that they, like Australia, have merit based immigration. You apply, we choose the highest IQ, the wealthiest etc to be alowed in.

Don't know much about that. But the UK Ethnic Difference Chart in the OP was done by the same method. White IQ is about 101 and Asian is about 103 which is consistent with other Lynn studies.

This chart has more data, but it's not that important. IQ climbs down from Age 5 (IQ 109) to Age 9 (IQ 102) then it starts rising again. Age 18 has the mean IQ of about 107. The age chart is in the OP.

Most blacks in the US have reported to have experienced racism at a young age. You will do more poorly than others if you are treated like you have less to no potential. Black neighborhood schools are less funded than white ones as well. There's more reasons, but those are the main ones.

Then I would attribute most of it to the immigration standards of the UK and Australia. It would be very interesting to separate the first generation migrants from the second etc. as we see this effect amongst children of high IQ parents in western societies aswell.
Take the counter example of countries where whites are minorities and they perform as significant outliers in every African nation. You could attribute this purely to resources and wealth, however the difference is far too large when you try to normalise.

Are you retarded? If those non-white countries move to the UK and have IQ jumps of 16 - 30 points from their original average the same is bound to happen to the White scores that also move there. Especially since usually people that emigrate from their home countries are naturally more intelligent than the ones who can't afford to leave. So those scores of whites in their home countries would also jump up several points from say 94 to 110-124. Which is way higher than the non-white average in the West. So what you're looking at is irrelevant. You can only compare IQ by home country and when you do so you'll find that all European countries are within the same standard deviation as one another with the exception of the red countries in pic related.

Racism seems to be the most likely cause. Pakistanis are treated worse than blacks in the UK. The Pakistani IQ in the OP pic is 85. That's only one IQ point higher than the average IQ of Pakistan. They should have been like the Indian or Caribbean Blacks, who's IQ raised by more than 10.
Rich people don't often socialize with the larger population and therefore receive less harrassment growing up (I might be wrong). Being rich also boosts self-esteem. I'm guessing the culture is a big part of why they remain with high IQs.
