it's not defunding anything. they reallocated their profits. Yes, and how many of those are actually worth being sent? For instance most of the mail I get is pure shit. Usually some store sending me ads or a local business trying to get me to go to them i.e. dentists. Everything important that isn't from the government is send via email.
