I found a bunch of link lists one time that are spread around different websites. Every time their site is taken down they fire up another. They are careful not to host anything, but they post carefully selected search phrases that bring up cp if you search them in bing or yandex.

If an account is suspended, all media is still accessible except :orig
If an account is private, :orig and :large are restricted to followers, and only :small and the normal container are available to non registered users
If an account is removed, all media is deleted and inaccessible to everyone
Moreover, video files of suspended accounts are restricted to followers
Flagged accounts that have been suspended or set as private have all their media set as inaccessible regardless.
