Good evening, anons. My parents are nearing retirement (specifically my dad) and while both hold some very boomer sympathies, I have over the years exposed them to the reality of race relations in the United States and I'd consider them redpilled.
They've been exploring properties to move to for retirement. We are from Georgia, and one state of interest is Tennessee due to its relative proximity to family in Alabama.
A big focus of their move is the demographics of a state and the prevalence of white culture; Tennessee is attractive due to the lack of state income tax.
All being said, is Tennessee a smart idea? Would you recommend other regions? They keep asking me for my input and I want to make sure I am informed.
Stay in Georgia, move to the northeast section of the state lots of red pilled little towns. My parents live in Blairsville and hate the politics since they're liberals, I love it cause it's a breath of fresh air since I live in a liberal hellhole.

Any where near Morristown, TN. I go to visit my family sometimes and every store I go into has a hot fucking blonde. It's like a untapped genetic pool of hot women. I would advise anywhere near Morristown. Memphis, Nashville, and Knoxville areas have a bunch of ghettos around them so I would not advise moving to those areas

I'm 15 min from the AL border in TN. All the larger populated towns/cities are full of mexicans. All the whites are more liberal than you'd expect. I've only met a handful of people here who share any reasonably sane ideology or beliefs. But I'm sure you're already aware of the bro truck driving progressive southerner.
In rural middle TN people generally leave you alone though. Had a meth head try to break in a couple years ago tho. 0/10 would not recommend.
If you're looking for a quiet place in TN for your folks I'd suggest somewhere east and somewhere rural. Perhaps appalachia.

Blairsville, GA. Also the home and land prices are reasonable. You can get an 1+acre with nice 2/3bed 2/3bath home on it for on avg 200-250k. I was just browsing random listings and they had a 7+ acre lot for 170k.
It's a nice area, trust me I've been visiting my parents there for the last 4-5 years.

mmmm not that I'm aware of. My dad is a vet and I know he has no issues w/ VA stuff in the area although they usually send him to Atlanta/Gainsville for bigger tests and stuff.

Yeah, that's the exact reason my parents moved there it's their retirement spot and they seem to really love it. Also if it matters for anything w/ nuke strike maps this area of the country actually goes unscathed in the majority of scenarios. Also the grocery chain, Ingles, they have there puts a lot of stuff I find in major cities to shame. Seriously pisses me off of my parents who live in the middle of no where can get stuff I can't get in a Memphis.
