Both. China had the vaccine before they released the virus, and the virus isn't as destructive as they want you to think, they just want to destroy your livelihood to make you dependent on big brother.

Lets put it this way. Wuhan freaked out, they went apeshit. Dragging people out of houses, flying drones, welding people in their houses, strict lockdown. Total panic. And in Bejing nothing. This despite the virus circulating for a month or more before they freaked out at all. In other words it was all over Bejing and people just "forgot" to notice. Because its easy to miss, because it just the fucking common cold. If it was a "serious" illness Bejing would have had no choice but to do the same thing Wuhan did and they did not. They did after a couple months, but how is it possible they felt no pressing need? In the US the virus is hitting hardest where people are willing to freak out and assume every death is corona death. It states where normal people live they are relatively unscathed. This is a psychological problem and not a medical one.
