In any case, there's ample evidence of him running a criminal operation. The severity of sentence is debatable, but he wasn't a choir boy. Even he realized this. When he begged for mercy, it was for a chance at parole, he wasn't denying any charges.
I think he'll get it commuted at some point in the future, but he'll do at least 10, likely more.
I wish he would. If was POTUS he'd be first pardoned, Ross got fucking entrapped and screwed. The FBI, posing as someone else, said they hacked Silk Road and would reveal all their users info. Then another agent said they know who was doing and "could take care of them" if Ross wanted. Ross expresssed INTEREST asking "What does that mean?"

Hope it's Snowden, too, or Assange. Roberts didn't deserve the sentence he got but he's still a pedlar of drug degeneracy, and therefore somewhat less deserving of pardon. . . though I don't know why Orange Man can't just do all of them.
