US isn't the worst for deaths. We just have a huge population and are able to better test than shitholes like India. Other countries like the UK, Sweden, peru, etc are worse per capita. There are videos from the US I've seen of people on ventilators and shit, but I don't think even in New York we got to a full-on hospital overload situation where you'd see china-style crowded wards or something
