I'm in a frat in the midwest. We have about 20 guys in our frat and only 1 is non-white. The sorority that we usually do shit with has 2 or 3 non whites. The other frats and sororities on campus are basically the same. I don't see a lot of niggers at frat parties, but when I do, they're usually the football players or basketball players and they're hanging out together in the corner with some white women. Everyone worships them too. I remember one time a nigger cornerback was rapping on the counter and doing that grinding shit on 2 white women. It was fucking disgusting. From my experience, white sorority chicks are seemingly built for BBC and actively attempt to pursue them. There will always be racist chicks, but the bbc is too good for these young, hormone induced women to resist.

Jokes aside though, all the frats are different and usually each one in a given campus will find its "niche." One possible niche is Chinese kids since they have a shitload of cash, so some frats will cash in on it. Others try to get black/brown kids (Divine 9 frats), others get Jewish kids.
You need to shop around at your school and find one that fits you. Although, if you're a straight white man, you'll feel comfortable in almost all of them.
