Yeah. Democrats for decades have done "Souls to Polls" events to get the black vote out. They partner with black churches and throw big barbecues, where they have rented busses to shuttle people from the church to go vote. It's a lot easier if it's all mail-in ballots with legal ballot harvesting, because then they can spend over a month tracking down and "helping" everybody they can find to fill out their ballots correctly, then deliver them in sacks to get counted. Instead of getting some black grandma to try and get all of her pimp and ho grandchildren to come to a barbecue and get on a bus to vote, they can just get her collect signatures from her grandkids at her convenience and get those ballots in to be counted.

Also why Democrats are always trying to get more states to offer straight ballots, where there's two boxes at the top, one for Democrats and one for Republicans, so instead of printing up pamphlets with the names of all the Democrat candidates to pass out to people on the bus, they can just tell them to mark the box next to Democrat at the top and they'll be back at the party in no time.

Biden is going to win by a huge margin. Trump has lost the little of the latino and black vote that he had, but more importantly the white female vote has left him. Women are too socially conformist and they have bought into the anti Trump sentiment that the media has been pushing since 2016.

Not a big fan. People used to always blather on about how the USA become the sole world superpower proved that democracy is the best system, but if you define democracy as each person gets a vote, then we've only effectively been a democracy for, like, 55 years, and shit's gone really downhill over that time.

Bigger problem is that there's way too much attention put on the federal government. Our system's set up so that government has less power over you the farther away it is. Local government is down the street, not hard to get them to listen to you, but they can really fuck with your shit, like make you trim your trees and dive slower. State government is down the highway a little bit, so a bit more removed, but still not that much, and they make the laws that decide what it's like to live and work in your state. Federal government is really, really far away and all but impossible to have your voice heard, but they have a really limited ability to get involved in your life. By design, they deal with international shit, and whatever crosses state lines. Who the President is really has no impact on most people's lives. We just have a national media that covers the federal government like it's the only government because that's all a national media can sell to everybody in the country. But, really, not only are we going about selecting a leader the complete wrong way, but the federal government itself is a cancer. They just collect and dispense trillions of dollars, and DC is a cesspool where "public servants" go so that they and their friends and family can become multi-millionaires. This shit's enough of a reality show circus. 2016 would not have been better with an additional 76 million ballots cast by people who don't care enough to vote.

I go back and forth every day... Part of me knows myself & so many friends who are so “liberal” online because our career demand it but we’re 100% Trump voters. And I know a lot of people are like that and it won’t show in polls and predictions. And riots have been proven to push people more right. But I also know that the liberal pushback has been very strong since 2016 and I think Biden has a real chance because of that.

I’d say it’s a toss up right now. Maybe 55% to Biden.
