That 13/50 isn't statistics. It's a compiling of all crimes that year done by FBI by race and crime committed. The percentage represents actual crimes committed. Of all the violent crimes committed blacks were responsible for 50%. Statistics would be the likelihood of getting robbed by a black person being 50%.

Thats all well and good for every statistic against murder. Black people commint 53% of all murders. If this is because of historic opression why don't the chinese or the jews have a comparable crime rate? Chinese people were enslaved by the Mongols for hundreds of years and then starved by the millions by Mao. Every murder has a body otherwise it's a missing persons case; do you think millions of black murderers were framed? Each frame job would take multiple cops and court agents etc very quickly requiring more police than exist in the entire country.
