Long story short you don't form a "white supremacist" group to fight Antifa. You fight Antifa, and when they call you a "white supremacist" you know that you are hitting the right targets.
Organise neighborhood watches, militia chapters, hell, pull up biking gangs in a pinch. Then come down on the trouble in your area. If you're not sure put in some range hours and see what kind of thing people are sporting by way of clothing accessories and bumper stickers.
