What way/shape should these wooden bars be placed so they can hold the most weight in case i fail the rep? Thanks in advance.

Not at all, it builds the strenght pretty well, 130kg before 6 weeks, now 150kg on deadlift, 1 rep on deadlift, squat and bench only tho, and not every training, mixing it, 1 week 1 rep heavy, another more reps light weight
