Okay I’ll try to give as many details on this as I can but I’m phone posting.

Basically special ed departments are not the purely positive places the media and schools like to pretend. Yes, they do the very best they can to keep these kids happy and to give them as much of an education as they can, there is a lot of compassion and love there, but you also need to pause and ask yourself

They don’t. Those programs segregate those kids from the rest of their peers and claim it’s for the better, but that mentality enforces the idea that the special ed kids are hated and mocked by all. Which is false. These actions prevent both the special ed kids and typical kids from gaining the very important experience in how to deal with each other, for both sides it knee caps them immensely. As a result many of the special ed kids realize what is happening, feel left out, and when they ask why are either given bullshit answers or told the “truth” that it’s for their own good. This reinforces the idea of them as an oppressed class. This also reinforces the idea that the special ed kids can’t into managing their own lives, at least from the pov of the other students who care (this is most of them).
Even though most of the students at a school would be nice, supportive, and stand up for the special ed kids, the two groups remain arbitrarily separated as per the administration’s wishes, which promotes a lie to both groups about the other.
But what happens if you let the two groups intermingle? Typical kids realize their own strengths more (or their privilege, if you will) while special ed kids realize they’re not as different as they’ve been led to believe. If you notice liberals don’t actually stand up for anybody, they only attack perceived (invented) enemies in large numbers. If you actually stand up to a bully you gain confidence, even if they weren’t targeting you.

Confidence is the bane of Marxism, as it promotes the ideas of self sufficiency and individualism that runs counter to communism and socialism.
Meanwhile, somebody standing up for you is one of the biggest acts of love that one can experience, a special ed kid would have a friend for life and grisly never forget it, even low functioning autists respond incredibly well to this to the point of actually looking their new friend in the eye or saying words to them. It’s incredibly progress. And it’s a beautiful sight.
But who is it that has “special needs” and still gets to take normal classes for the most part?

And if you ever took a class with these kids, who is it that typically bullies them?

The reality is this.
Special Ed kids are kept from the general populace in school because the lefties are the ones who hate them. The special ed kids are not “brainwashed” into Marxism, but rather brainwashed into feeling they’re a oppressed group that NEEDS such things. But it isn’t true. And if they were allowed to make friends and were treated like normal kids they would perform better IN EVERY SINGLE ASPECT OF THEIR LIVES EVEN INTO ADULTHOOD. Meanwhile typical kids who wouldn’t treat them poorly are denied this life experience, and often used as the very justification for segregating the two groups, while the actual bullies are praised as the “good” students who are nice.

It’s all lies, it’s all control, and it’s all about resisting the normal and natural discourse of these lives. They separate the groups to promote Marxism while fearing the conservative students would be mean to them, despite it being the liberal ones who are the bullies and the conservatives who are their friends.

When I was still working for these groups any occurrence of a conservative being kind to the special ed, or a liberal being mean to them, got the same answer from the other workers, teachers, and admins

We talk about Sooners being demoralized, but really it’s the teachers, the administrators, and any other adult who works in the schools. This is why if any if you have tried to argue with a teacher at a certain point they just “nope” out and shutdown the argument with their abused authority.
The students are not being brainwashed directly, but indirectly because their teachers are all brainwashed.
