I don't see this come up in discussions, but Zyklon B contains an additive that irritates the respiratory tract, so you'll start coughing before inhaling the cyanide itself. There's a Zyklon without additives, but it wasn't used in concentration camps (the additive in Zylklon B was reduced later during the war due to resource shortages though). The Haavara agreement gave the Nazis about 40% of the wealth of the people begging to be allowed to flee the persecution within Germany. They didn’t pay the Jews to go, or help them to go. They charged them for allowing them to flee.
