Actually, The pedo was committing many crimes, several of them felonies:
1) He was within 100 feet of a minor. (that is against his conditions for release)
2) He threw a bag with a paint can in it at Kyle. That is assault with a deadly weapon
3) He then lunged forward and tried to grab the rifle. That is assault and battery, along with attempted murder
4) He is on video lighting three different fires. That is three counts of arson
5) He is on video smashing car windows. That is criminal mischief, and vandalism
6) He is on video threatening and attempting to attack the milita members after they put out his literal dumpster fire. That is simple assault.
7) He is on video covering his face before attempting to assault/murder Kyle. That makes all of the above premeditated.
All of those crimes are on VIDEO btw. Kyle was well within his rights to arrest and detain the pedo guy for any of the crimes above, and if he resisted arrest, he is well within his rights to use deadly force. I know you are a leaf with zero understanding of how the law works stateside, but here the police are not the only ones allowed to arrest people or to use deadly force.

A) the vast majority of the video here was never released by the MSM. It is new to the vast majority of mankind. However, to us it is old hat. We had all these breakdown and ids in less than a week of the shooting.
B) There is new footage, The McGinness cam/drone. But I don't think thats been released, same as the autopsy hasnt been released. My bet is on the drone cam you get to see protesters shooting at Kyle.
