If you have a look at his CV you can see that it is basically 20 years worth of this shit, in the beginning he had some publications about school uniforms but then it's straight to race baiting, also look at some of the co-authors, all Jews, I would guess he is one too, but I am not sure in any case he should be an honorary jew. There is a hot dog stand not too far from me that has three items to choose from for a beverage: Water, birch beer, and buttermilk. I cannot believe how many people I've seen order a tall frosty mug of buttermilk from this one place. I don't know anyone irl that actually uses buttermilk to drink rather than to bake with and this one place sells it all the time.

Sort of off topic but not totally: While vacationing in Greece I realized Beer is very much an Anglo-Germanic cultural staple and not so much in many other places, even in Europe. I visited a brewery founded by white American expats and all the visitors in the tour were from US, Canada, UK or Australia, though I encountered plenty of non Anglosphere tourists elsewhere on my stay.

Tldr, beer is “white” but most strongly Anglo-Germanic. The same way you can find pizza outside of Italian communities, you can find beer in other places but the passion and/or quality isn’t the same. In my case, they may not be bad but I wouldn’t really go out of my way to sample a typical Greek beer.

This is a bit of a meme. People could just boil water. It had nothing to do with that. It was a way of storing harvests. Beer was invented before bread, as its incredibly easy to make. Also their beer was barely alcoholic. Early Americans made it with pine needles to prevent scurvy, similar to limes in the rum rations. Alcohol production is always about saving yield. You get way too much fruit to eat, and take all excess into a product that doesn't spoil, booze/beer/wine.
