It's also against Hungary's constitution (to resettle people on their territory without approval of the government) meaning (((E)))U has literally no legal base to force something on a member state against their constitution. This will not pass as it is right now.

that will literally change nothing. that's great news if it really happens, but reality is that this won't stop those rapefugees from trying again. Especially since the laws allow them to stay, if their country doesn't take them in. Sadly, even not all of your rapefugees get deported, even they should be. These planes of ferrying them back are small in numbers compared to the amount of people coming in.
