So I then contacted the county civil attorney for Lancaster and told him that Patricia (the director of Lincoln Lancaster Health Department) is currently engaged in scientific fraud and is using non-credible sources of information to construct her SarsCov2 risk assessment metrics which is resulting in the county committing civil fraud to the tune of millions of dollars and that his office needs to contact Patricia's to verify that her sources are scientifically credible or else face potential legal prosecution.
