4. This hole they cut is perceived as a wound to the body, so the body tries to close the wound. However, to stop this, they stick metal and plastic rods in that hole for at least an hour a day to keep it from healing properly. This is called dilation. They literally are trying to fuck other men with a bodily wound and need to try to keep it from healing.
5. Even with all of this, they are still not happy and nearly 50% of them commit suicide before they hit 40.
