CANADIAN POLICE ANNOUNCE THAT THEY'VE DNA MATCHED DNA FROM A MAN WHO COMMITTED SUICIDE TO SEMEN IN THE UNSOLVED MURDER OF CHRISTINE JESSOP
>Famous FBI profiler John Douglas framed a different man in her murder previously, named Guy Paul Morin
>DNA tests on the semen did not match Morin, who had been wrongfully convicted based on Douglas's criminal profile and heavy handed interrogation and investigation tactics, which he hoped to coerce a confession from Morin.
>The Canadian Courts even called Douglas a fraud who tailored his criminal profile to match Morin
>In a book discussing the case, Douglas claimed that Morin was still guilty, and that the semen was a red herring from the victim's brother and her friends passing her around as a sex toy.
>John Douglas later made the series Mindhunter for Netflix, which is fictionalized account of his life and the life of profiler Robert Ressler.

Finally an interesting thread. Thanks.
Douglas learned about Morin as a suspect ahead of doing his profile and then tailored the profile to match him, including details that sounded directly like him. Douglas then discussed with investigators ways they could break Morin into giving a confession, and as a result he made a second profile, tailored to give exact details about Morin in it, which the investigators gave to the press, in hopes that the information would scare Morin into saying or doing something to provide them evidence of his guilt. A family member had made a statement that the profile sounded like Morin, which was used against him. Douglas also said that when they questioned Morin, they should lie to him and say they have a mountain of evidence against him, including having file cabinets in the room with his name on it, and a blown up photo of a fingerprint on the wall.
Morin was eventually convicted, and then freed on appeal when his DNA didn't match the semen inside the victim. Douglas was then asked to testify before the Canadian courts regarding the allegation that he tailored his profiles to match suspects and was in essence a fraud who sent an innocent man to prison. Douglas refused to testify and screened his phone calls according to reports, and could not be compelled to testify because he wasn't a Canadian citizen.

From the Canadian Courts:
>“Commission counsel, and several parties to the Inquiry, wanted Douglas to be called as a witness. Commission counsel and staff spoke with Douglas’ representative several times. By letter dated June 18, 1997, Sandler renewed the Commission’s request that Douglas attend as a witness. As reflected in that letter, the summons issued by the Commission to Douglas could not be enforced in the United States. Though Douglas never specifically declined to testify here, there was no response to the requests for attendance made orally and in writing.”
We know what should happen to John Douglas. Alas, nothing will happen.
John Douglas in his book, "Journey into Darkness":
>“I also believe that so much time has passed, custody of evidence may have been compromised over the years and the crime scene, body, and clothing were in such a poor state to begin with that I would have serious doubts at this point about the infallibility of any scientific testing.
>"In addition, a number of sordid and very troubling revelations have come to light since the first trial, including the fact that Christine’s brother, Kenneth, three years older than she, and several of his friends had been sexually abusing her since she was four. Appalling as it is to contemplate, I don’t think we can be certain where the semen deposits in her underwear originated. The DNA evidence might just be a large red herring in this case, as occasionally happens.”
John Douglas was also accused of tailoring a criminal profiler to match alternative suspect, Terry Hobbs in the West Memphis Three case, while working for Lord of the Rings director, Peter Jackson.
This is why the FBI is hated and are treated on the same level as cops.
FUCK 12
FUCK THE FEDS
FUCK THE GOVERNMENT
AND MOST IMPORTANTLY. FUCK THE KIKES!
ACAB
>>In a book discussing the case, Douglas claimed that Morin was still guilty, and that the semen was a red herring from the victim's brother and her friends passing her around as a sex toy.
So this poor little girl was getting raped by her brother, by various random friends of her brother, and was also raped and murdered by a neighbor? We really do live in hell, don't we?
John Douglas also worked for John and Patsey Ramsey and prevented them from being charged in their daughter's death. He claimed that a serial killer must have broken in and murdered their daughter and left the ransom note.
bumping interesting thread
So this guys just a dumb asshole or what? What’s his end game? Or is it just pride?
Bump
Douglas also botched the Green River Killer case
seattlepi.com
>In 1984, when Gary Ridgway wrote an anonymous letter to the Seattle Post-Intelligencer, it was the only known time he surfaced to communicate through the media.
>But at the time, an FBI profiler said the letter's author wasn't the killer.
>Now the profiler, John Douglas, acknowledges that he was wrong, but says that an analysis of the letter today might not produce any better results.
>"I try to look at what I have learned over the years," Douglas said, after his 19-year-old analysis was released as part of an open records request to the King County Sheriff's and Prosecutor's offices.
>"If I had gotten the letter today, what would the analysis be? Inconclusive? Not sure? Or the same conclusion as back then, that someone wrote it down as notes taken from a detective's (lost) notebook?"
>In February 1984, Ridgway sent a cryptic, poorly typed letter to the P-I. Ridgway titled it: "what you need to know about the green river man" and described details not publicly known, such as necrophilia and the fact that some of the victims' fingernails had been cut off.
The FBI is a gigantic open sewer.
Absolute dregs.
Holy shit this is wicked.
He's an asshole who only cares about advancing his career and has framed people. And now he works in the private sector working for defense lawyers, trying to frame people murders to get guilty people out of prison.
Wow. High level people will stop at nothing to clear the west memphis murderers.
John Douglas and the defense team for the West Memphis Three conspired to lie in the press and falsely claimed that they had a DNA match that proved that Terry Hobbs, the step-father of one of the victims was the real killer, and that his friend David Jacoby, who was his alibi witness was also possibly involved. Douglas used these claims to try and coarse people to make statements against Hobbs or to change their stories.
thewm3revelations.wordpress.com
They for example pressured David Jacoby into changing his story about being Terry's alibi, essentially saying that if he didn't they'd accuse him of being involved in the murders.

Located here on Page 378 of John Douglas’ book, “Law & Disorder,” Douglas interviews David Jacoby seemingly attempting to flip him against Hobbs, investigating the case instead of just writing a profile:
> “I listened to all of this calmly and made sure my outward gestures were mater-of-fact. But the whole time I’m realizing, My God, Terry doesn’t have an alibi for the entire evening! The apparent time discrepancy was real and there was a window of opportunity when he wasn’t with David. David was so forthcoming with me, as he had been with [Defense Investigator] Rachel [Geiser] I could only conclude that no one from the police had asked him for his version, or he certainly would have told them. This fit right in with no one having formally interviewed Terry just after the crime as they had Mark Byers. I couldn’t–and still can’t–figure out why.”
John Douglas concluding his interview with David Jacoby on page 379 of “Law & Disorder,” wherein Douglas continues to dismiss Jacoby as a suspect:
> “David was visibly shaken as I departed. He was specifically upset that he hadn’t looked into the crime more closely on his own before this.“
This guy got so much wrong it's almost funny. Boomers got serial murderers on the brain to replace ghosts and monsters and let the real world go to hell. Hail, Covid!
John Douglas also said that Albert DeSalvo was not the Boston Strangler and said he had falsely confessed to the murders and was not a violent rapist and that the hundreds of women he raped enjoyed the rape and wanted to be raped again. He says this in his book, "The Cases That Haunt Us."
>John E. Douglas, the former FBI special agent who was one of the first criminal profilers, doubted that DeSalvo was the Boston Strangler. In his book The Cases That Haunt Us, he identified DeSalvo as a "power-assurance" motivated rapist.[clarification needed] He said that such a rapist is unlikely to kill in the manner of crimes attributed to the Boston Strangler; a power-assurance motivated rapist would, however, be prone to taking credit for the crimes.
en.wikipedia.org
DNA later proved that DeSalvo WAS the Boston Strangler and that John Douglas had been wrong all along.
usatoday.com
>DNA tests definitively link Boston Strangler suspect Albert DeSalvo to the death of a 19-year-old woman who is believed to be the serial killer's last victim almost 50 years ago, official said Friday.
>Suffolk County District Attorney Daniel Conley, Massachusetts Attorney General Martha Coakley, and Boston Police Commissioner Edward Davis announced test results on the remains of DeSalvo, whose body was exhumed last week.
>Conley said authorities now have an "unprecedented level of certainty" DeSalvo raped and strangled Mary Sullivan in her Charles Street apartment in Boston on a January afternoon in 1964.
What about the Bonjangles guy?
Wasn't was a report of a black man covered in blood at the world famous chicken and biscuit place.
It was exaggerated by the defense at trial, because the police failed to locate him, and demanded that the jury ignore the evidence against the WM3 in favor of a one armed phantom black man who was seen across town, not nextdoor or near the crime scene. And in addition asked the jury to ignore the evidence of more than one killer:
>Multiple knots used to tie up the victims
>Multiple weapons used
>The victims killed in two different areas of the crime scene
>The fact that it would have been difficult for a single person to control three victims.
There was blood found on a shirt belonging to Jessie Misskelley, and blood found on a necklace belonging to Damien Echols, showing that they were the killers.
interesting. I was just thinking about that the other day. Does anyone know if any DNA was ever used in the case?
The FBI still does this. How do you think domestic terrorists get access to arms and training? Look what they tried to do to Richard Jewell.
The West Memphis PD blew the case when they didn't investigate the BoJangles guy.
They were probably too busy enjoying some of that delicious Bojangles chicken.
Special values meals are as low as 4.99
If you want to convince me otherwise... I am listening.
There was DNA, but most of it is degraded or used up. Human blood was on Jessie Misskelley's shirt which may have come from Michael Moore, the victim he confessed to killing. Human blood was also on Damien's necklace, which may have come from Stevie Branch.
During the appeals the defense did DNA tests on all of the evidence, and then kept their findings secret and immediately offered to take a plea deal, offering to plead guilty in exchange re-sentencing to parole after 20 years. They never released the DNA results.
This is a crime lab document on Jessie's shirt.
But why? The murderers weren’t high profile. It’s never made any sense to me.
I TOLD YOU THE FBI FRAMES POLITICAL DISSIDENTS AND YOU CALLED ME A SCHIZO. WHO'S LAUGHING NOW?
>The West Memphis PD blew the case when they didn't investigate the BoJangles guy.
There's no evidence the "Bojangles guy" was related. They had eye witnesses, who personally knew Damien who saw him fleeing the crime scene with wet and muddy clothing. They had Damien's own statements in which he said he used the crime scene as a short-cut almost every day. They had his statements in which he told several different groups of kids that he killed the boys. They had human blood from one of the boys on his necklace. They had fibers from his trailer on the clothing of the victims.
So it was the black guy from the delicious Bojangles restaurant.
It's to undermine convictions, primarily the Death Penalty, which political activists hate. They'd rather abolish convictions than fix the legal system, such as raising the burden of proof.
No, it was the WM3. Jason Baldwin's mom even told conflicting stories about how her son threw the murder weapon in the lake behind their home. She also admitted at trial that Jason had disposed of the clothes he wore during the murders, saying Jason told her they were "stolen" by Jessie Misskelley.

This John Douglas guy is starting to sound more like a "fixer" than an investigator.
I never got it either. I assume that a bunch of them were "counter culture" back when that meant "edgy fucking retards who overuse satanic imagery" and they thought they were doing good. A bunch more were probably just virtue signalling. And a few probably just wanted to see child murderers get off the hook.
West memphis three are guilty as fuck.
based and checked, bojangles is delicious
Why would everyone be lying (except you)? That makes no sense.
It was a BLACK GUY who was seen COVERED IN BLOOD at the Bojangles.
How is that unrelated?
