I believe in nature and the land, and humanity’s contuinity with nature and the importance of our stewardship over it. I believe in human potential, and am saddened by its waste and destruction. I believe in art and creativity, intellectual freedom, and the potential to transcend our base matter through these pursuits. I respect tradition and culture as well as innovation and futurity. But we also live in a society and that has been the hardest thing to adapt to for me, since society (whether left, right or center) means idiots dragging each other down and shitting over each other to get ahead.
