1.Zig Forums is under Japanese ownership. Japan isn't ever going to prosecute gookmoot over anything posted on this site, unless it's illegal and 100% verifiably posted by he himself. US isn't going to risk prosecuting a Nip National either. Very worst case they block the site... But that's not happening either.
2. Zig Forums is not an editor. Thus, not at risk. Terms and rules for each board are clear cut and bans are not arbitrary, but uniformly enforced.

the internet as we know it will be a distant memory as only the biggest (((international finance))) backed megacorps can afford to run any kind of 'social media', and those in some kind of hugely restricted form (eg. where only 'friends' can communicate in any way).
this is the plan, and then it will be 'fixed' by state monopolization (which was honestly always inevitable, 'the internet'/'social media' 100% is a natural monopoly). there will be a single state-enforced internet real-ID system and official social media, creating other user-interaction services will be controlled (more and more strictly over time).
they're on track to have locked down the internet such that you can't find holohoax or 9/11-truth content on it within the decade. the only way it's getting stopped, at this point, is if there are fundamental structural changes eg. grid networking (at a hardware level), in just the next couple years.

Depends how they go about it. If they just straight repeal it, Zig Forums is fucked right along with the social media sites. If they amend it to distinguish between neutral platforms vs publishers and only provide protectors to the former, then Zig Forums is alright and social media giants are screwed.
