My workplace is having our first team discussions on woke bullshit tomorrow. We had to watch a cartoon about a black guy who gets racially profiled everywhere he goes and gets discriminated against. I am not going to just cower and say oh wow how sad I can't believe this is what every black person goes through etc etc.
I want to have some facts on my side when I say I don't think that's an accurate perception of every day black being in America. Please dump all facts you have related to black education, violent crime statistics, police interaction statistics, etc. So I don't sound like some retarded racist.
Just be extremely sarcastic. Pretend to be very woke and say "I CANT believe that, how horrible" find the nearest black coworker and raise your fist in the air while looking at them in the eyes and say "black power brother" call all the other white people not joining in as racist homophobes. There is no point in debating facts with those who dont acknowledge facts.

My former company of about 120 people had quarterly "diversity workshops" for an entire year. I called out sick to all 4. The director of my department (and my supervisor) was cool with it, the VP was not but never said much about it,. After the 3rd time, the VP sent me an email and asked that I send a note to the President informing them I wasn't going because I was sick. I never sent that email, and I called out for the 4th time as well.
I was never directly confronted about this (besides the one time asking for an email), but everybody knew why I was doing what I was doing but didn't call me out or retaliate against me because if they did, there would potentially be a lawsuit on their hands.
Just remember that nothing in life is "mandatory". Petty tyrant dipshits love throwing around the word "required" and "mandatory" for shit like vaccines, diversity brainwashing, the really pozzed issues they are trying to push these days. They aren't mandatory and there isn't anything they can do about it without a really nasty, ugly fight.
The winning move here isn't to go there and troll (you'll probably look like an idiot anyway and just alienate people, to be honest) it's to simply not go. Call out sick, take a personal day, just don't go in. If they press you say you were sick and never even acknowledge that it's connected to the diversity shit. If they suggest that, document everything. Save emails, write down dates and times of in person conversations as well as a list of people who were there and heard it.
Don't let these people push you around. If you call their "mandatory" bluff there is a very high chance they won't have the balls to call you out on it.
