TargerSmart has returned ballots at 51% Dem and 18% GOP. Registration is available in that state. Now, I live in NC and we have early in-person voting that just started, so I'm sure that ratio will trend more favorably toward Trump soon as only MBV was an option until now. But assuming it doesn't NC isn't as likely to go red as /ptg/ thinks, though it's likely. Voting trends are on Trump's side, NC went two more points toward Trump than Romney, and polls are more likely to be inaccurate as NC lost GOP registration in city-dwellers but made them up in rural counties.
TL;DR I think NC will lean red but it's a toss-up. Not as much as PA but still.

no. Aijit had 60days to review the rule change. That change is now forthcoming. @Jack just confirmed any hesitation that Aijit may have had....The rule change will likely follow Justice Thomas' line of thinking and open them up to lawsuits.
