I’ve read a good article which traces WHO’s activity back to early 2000s. They literally wanted plandemic first in 2003 - do you remember atypical pneumonia which emerged at that time? The WHO was sending letters to all the countries demanding them to shut down the economy and to start lockdowns. Every single country had their local epidemiologic governing body at that time. They analized the situation and told the WHO to fuck off.
The WHO since then’s been taking the notes carefully and here we are 17 years later.
