Also, American blacks are on average 15 iq points higher than African blacks so you would also be a genius.

Compared to Africans, blacks from America would be geniuses, so you can probably take over and enslave all the natives there to do your bidding in whatever society you want to create. You'd actually be doing them a favor bringing your knowledge of advanced societies to those primitive savages. The only downside is that the land is shit for doing anything on, so you're only limited by the environment.
