Good day, I'm Stephane Pihen , adhering to the modem since June 2007.

I am an original Conflanais boatwoman teacher become. I was brought up in Conflans Sainte Honorine and I have lived there since I was 6 years old when my parents had to put me in the boarding school of the inland waterway in the city of Conflans so that I could go to school . There, I was taught respect for others, love of knowledge and solidarity. I almost naturally became a teacher to transmit the knowledge but also the values that the republican school had given to the small child of nomadic origin that I had been.
I did not expect to join a party or be in politics one day because I felt that I was already serving people effectively by being a teacher and going to vote for candidates with the humanist and republican values that were dear to me.

The 2007 presidential elections changed this vision. I was stunned by the lies and assumed nonsense uttered by too many candidates but also by the ambient populism where politicians knowing the Constitution made anti-constitutional promises! So I joined the party of the only candidate I considered honest, republican and humanist: François Bayrou. And I decided to change things so that the republican and humanist values but also the school and my boatman origins are preserved.

I'm kind of an idealist who got fed up with being told he lived in a world of illusions ... I know too well that all it takes is a little good will and tenacity. while refusing to leave public space in the hands of liars and manipulators to create a better world.

In this sense, I got into politics, but in the noble sense of the term: the service of the city . And my city is Conflans sainte Honorine. Can I serve it honestly and effectively with my ideas and the ideas that arose during the debates and discussions that I had with so many other Conflans!
