These girls are from wrestling families in wrestling districts and they purposefully seek out small schools in districts that have just started their programs so the boys all suck; even in wrestling experience is the key, it's all position and leverage

If they are at the same weight and the weight class is low women actually have an advantage due to how their weight is distributed. Leverage matters a whole hell of a lot more than you would expect compared to raw strength.

In the lighter weight classes girls have an advantage. I remember when I used to wrestle and watch the 103 lbs people how the dudes looked like sticks but the girls had some built to them. This doesn’t carry over to heavier weight

If they're at a low enough weight, strength and athleticism mean significantly less than skill. Assuming the girl has been wrestling her whole life and she's competing at the 103 pound weight class (looks like that changed), then girls can compete effectively at that weight. When I was wrestling in high school, there was this girl at 103 who wrestled our varsity guy at a tournament. He was actually a pretty good wrestler, and he did beat her by like 4 to 6 points or something like that. But she was giving him a very hard time and making him wrestle very hard to win that. His face was pretty bruised up when it was over, too. Later that season, there was a major two day double elimination tournament. I remember on the second day she was still competing which meant that she had won enough matches not to get eliminated the first day which was pretty impressive, desu. Obviously as the weight gets higher and physical ability becomes a greater factor, girls get blown the fuck out. But at the lowest weights, they can actually be genuinely tough and competitive if they've been training since they were a child.

I used to wrestle in HS and our program had one girl in it. I’ll save you the boring stuff, she went into porn after graduating but this was 2009 and I don’t remember what name she used or stuff she was in. But yeah, I was one of the smaller dudes (120s in freshman/sophomore) and would practice with her a lot because we had no one else who was 90lbs like her. She used to win a lot of matches because no one wanted to wrestle a girl, I stopped coming to practice for a while because she was my partner for a long time and I couldn’t control my boners and coach thought it was hilarious. I had to wrestle a girl once in a tourney, almost broke her ankle but won the match. Proceeded to get mercilessly made fun by everyone in school for being a “try hard”.
