This is one of the stupidest posts I've ever read on here, and I've read a lot.
The polls weren't wrong. Polls can't predict turnout. That's ultimately what decides how the election results differ from the polls. There is a factor this time called "disaffected Trump supporter". Who is going to show up to the polls and vote? We have rural Americans staging public campaigns against the president. Many others simply won't vote, even if they would tell a poller that they support the president.
And the whole problem with this "hidden" vote meme is the idea that you wouldn't admit your support for Trump in a private anonymous phone call. This isn't the same thing as putting a sign on your yard blasting your support out loud for all to hear. I'm not buying it. That's not why he won.
It all comes down to turnout. Statistics work.
