I think everything that increases dopamine is harmful: nicotine, amphetamine, cocaine, etc.
Everything that increases certain neurotransmitter to a degree that the natural reservoirs are exhausted can be dangerous. Like MDMA for example can really fuck your neurochemistry if you abuse it.
But there are tons of drugs that are sold as medicine that are very dangerous too.
If you are not a shizo and don't have an psychosis, psychedelics can be very helpful under the right circumstances.
In general i would say that drugs that have been used by indigenous people for thousands of years for medicinal purpose are good for you.
