Whether white conservatives talk about the black community they always say that they want them to succeed, get good jobs, raise stable families, be fine respectable members of the community. I know lots of boomer white men who have bragged about Trumps “record low black unemployment”. I’ve seen posts of here hypothesising about the reasoning behind the black communities dysfunction and inability to achieve the American dream when literally immigrants with nothing but the shirts on their back can easily.

Yes If Black people started making better choices they’d be better off but don’t you realize that we have to compete against those people? I think at the end of the day most white people just want a nice, safe place to live and watch their kids grow up in. But a large reason to why white men even have employment anymore is because they can’t find enough diverse people (including blacks) to meet the minimum qualifications for fulfilling the job role. If more Black people became competent they wouldn’t need use any more, we’d be cut out. Why do you want that? I get not wanting them to be a drain but on the flip side would you want them either on welfare or taking your job?

As someone who isn't American. I do think the people of all countries should do their utmost to ensure themselves a good life with minimal expense to others (providing that they aren't bending over backwards to afford it). Black people have all the same right to aim towards a high standard of living through legitimate means and I believe encouraging them towards it is certainly a good thing; being from a 'culturally enriched' area I can safely say that the majority of blacks I see in this area either work for pyramid schemes, food delivery companies or plain illicit trade - often due to being trafficked into the country. To get them on the right path is certainly an accomplishment with mutual effort, both from governmental services such as language proficiency programmes and drives for up-skilling, as well as their own drive for achievement, sure you can't circle a square but for a black person in that environment to at least make a strong attempt at learning the ways of the country and causing little if any trouble is a benefit to their community in the least and, as its clear we're not going to stop importing them, at least a little less nuisance than the alternative.
Competing against blacks isn't much an issue and I'd see it more a sign of insecurity if it is to you (I know its cliche, but really), in my experience most blacks outside of strictly physical labour i.e. farm-work are generally slow both on the uptake and at work, they joke around and don't really accomplish much unless they really are serious. I feel bad for them in the sense that there is clearly a split between those that graft and those that don't (as has been pointed out before, you can largely attribute this in the UK between difference between blacks from the West Indies and those from Africa, though I'd add Nigerians into the pool of those who generally are in illicit trade and lazy, perhaps due to the bitterness surrounding their country's socioeconomic situation and future).

By extension, getting a job in the UK isn't hard at all, but most people aim for more than McDonald's-tier labour and even if you don't do so well educationally its hard really not to get into something of a trade if you were born here and went through the ropes in full (assuming you didn't go for some whack degree at university). Blacks generally are the ones who end up with those McDonald's jobs for life or worse, and keep in mind that even still a lot of foreign communities (at least from what I've seen of the Pakis) tend to regard them as retarded and discriminate against them if not outright refuse to employ them in favour of their own stock. I think you'd be foolish to expect our jobs to be affected really outside of an odd few diversity hires which even still only really go to Asians.
Eh, its debateable. I mean personally if I were employing people I'd naturally favour whites over others out of sheer familiarity and not having to worry about communications, I'm pretty confident that many other small businesses act the same and larger ones only use the minimal amount of diversity hires to cover government quota. Otherwise I think the whole thing of blacks being alpha and aggressive is something we should take a degree of inspiration from. Our fertility rate is sub-replacement level and our people are very reserved compared to others, its natural then that with mass-immigration we'll be eaten up and pushed out like the red squirrel. I'm not saying we should act like genuine niggers but we should certainly be more willing to defend ourselves, be stronger and willing more to engage with others. We certainly need something akin to actual community considering how withdrawn people are, in that sense the Muslims have undeniably the right idea, even if they're a cancer among us.
If black people are working and supporting themselves and their families, they wont vote for the party of gibs. They won't vote for sending jobs overseas, and they wont vote for a flood of immigrants to drive down wages. And we wont have to pay as much for their welfare services. This outweighs the small reduction in labor demand that would result from them entering the workforce.

Blacks having family’s, getting off welfare (which only whites pay for) and not committing crimes helps everyone. How having a perpetually criminal and parasitical underclass is a better alternative then them fixing their own community and being self sufficient makes no sense to me.
