And no, why would most people chose to harm others if they don't want to exist? Suicide is a way of escapism from reality, for most, and the ones that have any capability to harm others are self-centered, to the point death is inconceivable for them, they are the Gods of death.
And lastly, your argument is faulty, both are despicable acts, but 10,000 blacks killing people aren't on par with 20 serial killers. More prolific? Yes, but the sheer amount of bodies dropped just tells you what is a bigger problem for society.

Obviously the difference between the two is not only IQ but they're desire to repress simplistic emotions, but as one acts as a mere reaction, the other over-analyses and looks for gratification.
