Yes, my goddamn Wifi drops every five minutes. My computer reboots on it's own and I lose work I was doing. Half the cords I use stop working after a week or two.
Technology just fails and fails and fails. I'm spending more time every day troubleshooting some retarded program or piece of equipment instead of getting the actual use out of it. Why would I want my body to be handle in this way? At this point I barely trust developers or programmers. They can't even get the tech we have functioning correctly, why would I give them my brain or organs?
Do you want your liver and kidneys functioning as sloppy as iPhones and Windows?

I don't know of a single transhumanist scholar who believes enhancement should be mandatory. That's just a myth made up by that fat fuck Alex Jones to scare Luddite boomers.

Except we can't. There are all sorts of laws and regulations which prohibit developing transhumanist technologies. For example regulators only permit the development of drugs which seek to heal existing maladies, not ones which enhance abilities.
